All of our Beginner classes are for ABSOLUTE Beginners, no need for any experience whatsoever, just turn up... with a sense of humour and lots of enthusiasm.
I completely understand how you will be feeling. I will be there to help you all the way and to also make it fun!
Whatever you're comfortable in. All we recommend is that you avoid trainers as they will grip too tightly to the floor and decrease your inevitable talent on the floor.
Of course you can... it is obviously better if you have a partner but some classes will often have a partner for you to dance with and I will be there to dance with you occasionally too.
There is no need to book, you're very welcome to just turn up but always best to contact me first incase of any changes.
